Little Tigers (4 - 5 years old)

Classes are designed for basic coordination, following direction, having fun, and basic Taekwondo movements. , learning cooperation, respect, and discipline

Junior Tigers (6 - 12 years old)

Classes are designed for building confidence, coordination, momentum, speed, power, snap, basic knowledge of biomechanical movements, discipline, self-control, manners, etiquette, focus and respect.

Teens & Adults (13 AND UP)

Classes are designed for cardiovascular capacity, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, stress-relief, self-defense, martial arts history, Korean terminology, conceptualize biomechanical movements, WTF sparring technique, sparring strategy, and counter-attack.

Senior

Senior taekwondo class you exercise your whole body. From top to toe. Creating a healthier, stronger and younger looking body. And there's something else...
Taekwondo gives your brain a workout. You learn complicated Poomses. And moves needing great co-ordination

Private Lessons

If you prefer to have personal, one-on-one training by a Master then this would be the class for you. Our masters will customize a program of Super Tae Kwon Do training based on your specific needs. We have a flexible schedule to fit in with your busy schedule. Our masters will evaluate and help you to achieve your goals. With our Adult Private Lessons you can:

    -  Lose weight

    -  Gain strength, flexibility and endurance

    -  Grow in confidence

    -  Learn self-defense techniques

    -  Achieve greater peace and harmony

Demo Team

The Demo Team Program is open to all students regardless of rank or age. 

It represents a higher level of our "Success through Goal Setting" philosophy. 

Demo Team members are those individuals who have set their goals at "Black Belt".
